Sue Pfleging

Sue Pfleging is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the City of Terrell since March 2024. Previously, Sue held the position of Director of Human Resources at Waco ISD from August 2010 to March 2024 and worked as the Employee Relations Manager for the City of Waco, TX, from November 2004 to August 2010. Sue's earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at Insurors of Texas and Hilton Hotel Waco, as well as Service Manager at H-E-B. Sue began the career at Tops Markets, where multiple roles included Human Resources Manager, Compensation Specialist, and Human Resources Assistant. Sue earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a management and HR concentration from St. John Fisher University between 1994 and 1996.
