Billy Walowitz, GISP, is a GIS Analyst I at the City of Thornton, Colorado, since February 2022, specializing in the creation of dashboards and webmaps, data analysis using SQL and Python, and participating in the case review process for new developments. Previously, Billy served as a Survey/GIS Technician for the City and County of Denver, where responsibilities included designing customer service feedback programs and updating GIS layers using ESRI's ArcGIS.
