Currently serving as the Acting Infrastructure Engineering Manager and acting in multiple roles at the City of Thornton since November 2017, Rachelle oversees capital improvement projects and manages the stormwater program to ensure compliance with MS4 permit requirements. Prior experience includes positions at the City of Northglenn as a Civil Engineer/Lead Engineer, where Rachelle reviewed engineering aspects of development projects, and at the City of Commerce City as a Development Engineer, focusing on development plans and inspections. Rachelle's career began with an internship at the City and County of Denver, contributing to updates for building codes and contractor licensing processes.
