Rachelle Plas has extensive experience in civil engineering, specializing in infrastructure and development projects across various municipalities in Colorado. Currently serving as the Acting Infrastructure Engineering Manager and acting in multiple roles at the City of Thornton since November 2017, Rachelle oversees capital improvement projects and manages the stormwater program to ensure compliance with MS4 permit requirements. Rachelle's career began with an internship at the City and County of Denver, contributing to updates for building codes and contractor licensing processes. Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver.
