Brandon Willson is a Business & Enterprise Applications Analyst at the City of Thunder Bay, with experience dating back to October 2017. In this role, Brandon is responsible for desktop application deployments and updates using SCCM, as well as resolving Tier 1 support calls for end users, often collaborating with third-party vendors. Prior to this position, Brandon served as an acting Supervisor for the IT Service Desk and as a Service Desk Analyst, where responsibilities included client support and documentation of support calls. Before joining the City of Thunder Bay, Brandon worked as an Application Developer/Analyst at Metro Inc. from February 2012 to December 2018 and started as a Produce Clerk. Brandon holds an education from Confederation College, completed between 2015 and 2017.
