Cindy Orr

Cindy Orr has been with the City of Thunder Bay since June 2007, where Cindy has held various roles such as Sport & Community Event Development Coordinator, Program Supervisor for Children & Youth Programs, and Volunteer Coordinator. Cindy also served as the Director of Volunteers for the Special Olympics Ontario Winter Games. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Education in Psychology from Lakehead University and a degree in Interior Decorating from Confederation College.
