Cynthia Olsen is a seasoned professional in the field of mental health and addiction, currently serving as the Drug Strategy Coordinator for the City of Thunder Bay since September 2012. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked as a Concurrent Disorders Counsellor at the Thunder Bay Counselling Centre from September 2006 to September 2012. Educationally, Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Carleton University, obtained between 2004 and 2007, and has also completed studies at Confederation College from 1998 to 2000.
