Dipesh Anand is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in server administration, network analysis, and technical support. Currently serving as a Server Administrator and Network and Technology Analyst for the City of Thunder Bay since August 2021, Dipesh has previously held roles including IT Analyst at Exchange Technology Services and Customer Support Analyst at Concentrix Corporation. Dipesh began a career in IT as a System Engineer at Navisite India Private Limited and has significant experience in Unix operations and customer support from positions at HCL Technologies and Convergys India Services. Dipesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from the Institute Of Technology And Management, completed in 2009.
