Louisa Costanzo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cultural development, event planning, and community engagement. Currently serving as Supervisor of Cultural Development, Community Programming & Events for the City of Thunder Bay since June 2019, Louisa has also held the position of Event Planning Manager at we events since September 2017. Previous roles include Games Manager for the Canada Special Olympics Winter Games Organizing Committee Thunder Bay 2020, and Client and Community Relations Coordinator at St Joseph's Care Group. Louisa's background also features client service and communications roles at Jones & Associates Insurance and senior management in major corporate events at Sony Centre For The Performing Arts. Louisa's educational qualifications include a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Lakehead University.
