Madison Bauer

Madison Bauer serves as the Police Community Engagement Program Coordinator for the Tigard Police Department since June 2022, holding certifications as a Crime Prevention Specialist and Community Policing Specialist. Responsibilities include developing crime prevention strategies and creating communications materials for the community. Earlier roles include Creative Director at Live Laugh Love Art, where Madison organized creative schedules and managed marketing plans, and Historics Residence Director at Portland State University, focusing on student engagement and crisis management. Madison's experience also includes residence life positions at Dakota State University and Oregon State University, along with a background in graphic design at Two Kilts Brewing Co. Madison holds a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communication and Media from Oregon State University.
