Shaila Kotadia

Shaila Kotadia, PhD, serves as the Director of Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Stanford University School of Medicine. With extensive experience as an independent consultant and coach in the same field, Shaila has contributed to community engagement initiatives with the City of Tigard and co-founded STEM Dance-ology. Additionally, Shaila holds a position as a Senior Facilitator at The ReadySet. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Genetics and Development from UT Southwestern Medical Center and a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Structural Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
