Ep Shane Skinner

Shane Skinner is an experienced professional in public works and waste management, currently serving as the Manager of Public Works and Waste Management Supervisor at The Corporation of the City of Timmins since February 2022. With a career that began in 2006, Shane has held several key positions including Director of Public Works in Smooth Rock Falls and Director of Infrastructure Services in Cochrane. Shane has also contributed to regional organizations as a Director at the North Eastern Ontario Public Works Organization and as an Executive Board Member for the Northeastern Ontario Water Works Conference. Educational achievements include a degree in Engineering Technology, Civil, and various leadership programs focused on municipal administration and public works.
