Noella Rinaldo

Noella Rinaldo is an experienced professional in community economic development and local governance. Currently serving as the Director of Community Economic Development for the City of Timmins since November 2010, Noella manages the Agricultural portfolio, collaborates with non-profits, and engages with the film industry. With a strong background in municipal leadership, Noella has completed three terms as a Council Member and spent eight years on both the Municipal Accessibility Advisory Board and the Timmins Not-for-profit Housing Board. Additionally, Noella held the position of Executive Director at the Downtown Timmins BIA from October 2010 to September 2020, where responsibilities included supporting local business and building owners. Prior to this, Noella owned and managed Zenones Clothing Store from August 1983 to June 2010, gaining a reputation for exceptional marketing, display skills, and customer service.
