Kristin Hubaker

Kristin Hubaker possesses extensive experience in law, education, and training. Currently serving as Clerk 3 (Law) for the City of Toledo since August 2023, Kristin previously worked as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Bankers Life and as a Legal Assistant Paralegal at Brown & McMahan Law, where responsibilities included preparing bankruptcy petitions and managing client communications. Kristin's background also includes roles as a Resource Family Trainer for the National Resource Center for Youth Services, Communications Officer for the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety, and Principal and Registrar/Counselor at Lawton Christian School, where significant administrative and counseling duties were undertaken. Kristin holds a Master of Education in Instructional Psychology and Technology from the University of Oklahoma, a certification as a Legal Assistant from Capital University Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Capital University.
