Andrea Austen has extensive experience in public service, particularly in senior management roles at the City of Toronto since October 2003, where current positions include Director of Seniors Services and Community Programs. Key contributions include the development of the Toronto Seniors Strategy, the City's Approach to Vulnerability, and the SPIDER program, alongside enhancing services for vulnerable populations.
