Cynthia Owusu-Gyimah

Cynthia Owusu-Gyimah, MCIP, RPP, currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager in Parks Development for the City of Toronto since December 2023. Prior to this, Cynthia served as Manager of Development at the Town of Caledon from September 2022 to December 2023 and held the role of Acting Manager of Development Services along with Planner III at the City of Brampton between December 2019 and October 2022. Cynthia's experience includes a significant tenure at the City of Toronto, where roles ranged from Senior Planner (March 2017 - December 2019) to Planner in Community Planning (March 2012 - March 2017), along with earlier positions as Assistant Planner in both Community Planning and the Committee of Adjustment. Cynthia's expertise encompasses project management, complex development applications, and participation as an expert witness at Ontario Municipal Board hearings, supported by an educational background from Ryerson University.
