Diego Ramirez

Diego Ramirez is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Application & Tech Support Specialist 2 for the City of Toronto since April 2025. Previously, Diego worked at Reflex Integrated Inc. from September 2018 to April 2025 as an IT Specialist, managing backup operations for over 500 sites across Canada and developing recovery strategies. Prior roles include IT Support Technician and IT Special Projects Support at the University of Toronto, where responsibilities included overseeing Microsoft Office 365 migrations and providing comprehensive technical support. Additionally, Diego served as a Computer Consultant at Ontario Family Group Homes Inc. and as a Resident Computer Technician at Staples Canada. Diego holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in General Anthropology and Cognitive Science from the University of Toronto and has completed studies in Liberal Arts and Sciences.
