Duncan MacLellan

Duncan MacLellan is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Project Manager for Environment and Energy - Public Energy Initiatives at the City of Toronto since November 2018. Prior roles include Key Account Consultant at Toronto Hydro and Supervisor of CDM Channel Partners at Horizon Utilities Corporation, where Duncan managed contractor relationships and problem-solving for CDM programs. With a strong background in program management at Energyshop and PowerStream Inc., Duncan has successfully managed large-scale initiatives, developed strategic responses to IESO RFPs, and exceeded program targets significantly. An early career in business development and sales, including roles at EnerNOC and Careerbuilder.com, showcased a talent for client acquisition and relationship management. Duncan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a focus on Marketing Management from Dalhousie University.
