Michelle Dacruz

Michelle DaCruz is an experienced digital content strategist with a strong background in public sector communication and digital engagement. Currently serving as the Senior Digital Content Advisor for the City of Toronto, Michelle leads a team of 14 professionals in transforming the city's digital presence, including the intranet modernization project and the successful management of digital content for toronto.ca. Previous positions include Senior Digital Producer at Bell Media and various roles at BNN, where Michelle was instrumental in delivering award-winning content during critical periods. With a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Toronto and a post-graduate certificate in Journalism from Humber College, Michelle combines editorial expertise with strategic oversight in digital engagement initiatives.
