Sergey Popov

Sergey Popov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business and system analysis, primarily within the public sector. As a Senior Business and System Analyst and Systems Integrator for the City of Toronto since September 2008, Sergey has contributed significantly to the Toronto Employment and Social Services. Prior to this, Sergey held the role of Senior Lead .NET/Web Developer at Infinite Media from January 2006 to September 2008, where responsibilities included the development and support of the Rogers Business Portal. Sergey also worked as a Data Processing Specialist and Application Developer at COMCON-2 from January 2001 to 2005. Sergey holds a Master’s degree in IT from MADI (Technical University), a diploma in Web Development from CDI College, and a Microsoft Certification obtained in 2006.
