James Brownlee

James Brownlee has worked as the Director Health & Human Services/Health Officer at the City of Trenton. James also served as the Assistant Commissioner, Epidemiology, Environmental & Occupational Health at the State of New Jersey Department of Health from 1983 to 2009.

From 1979 to 1981, James Brownlee pursued a Master's Degree in Community Health Practice & Epidemiology at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston).
