Nikki McMillen Lee

Nikki McMillen Lee is a prominent City Council Member and Vice Mayor of Ward 4 in Tucson, serving since December 2019. Currently, Nikki serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Cyber Threat Response Alliance, applying expertise in IT and cybersecurity to enhance statewide digital defenses. Additionally, Nikki functions as an Executive Coach through both The Arbinger Institute and Enlighteneering, Inc., focusing on leadership within the US Federal Government. As Co-Chair of the National League of Cities AI Advisory Committee, Nikki leads initiatives to integrate AI into city governance. Previous roles include Operations Program Manager at Truterra, LLC, and various positions at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, along with experience in project management and software quality assurance. Nikki holds an Executive Certificate in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, an AI Strategy Certificate from Cornell University, and an MBA in Information Technology from American Military University.
