Samuel Credio, P.E., MBA, CPM, serves as the Director of Transportation and Mobility for the City of Tucson, overseeing a team of 250 employees with a budget exceeding $300 million. With extensive experience in transportation management, Samuel has held various roles within the Department of Transportation and Mobility, including Deputy Director, Project Manager, and Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included managing a $600 million five-year Capital Improvement Program and overseeing transit services and ADA paratransit eligibility. Prior experience includes civil engineering roles at M3 Technology Group and AECOM, contributing to significant projects such as the Starr Pass Boulevard at Mission Road Intersection Improvements. Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona and an MBA in Finance from Grand Canyon University.
