Lisa Parks

Lisa Parks currently serves as the City Administrator for the City of Tumwater since June 2023. Previously, Lisa held multiple leadership roles at the Port of Olympia, including Capital Investments, Planning & Environmental Programs Director and Executive Services Director from July 2021 to June 2023. Lisa's experience also includes serving as a Senior Planner at Maul Foster & Alongi, Inc., and as the Executive Director at the Port of Douglas County. Earlier in Lisa's career, positions included Principal/President at Alliance Consulting Group, Inc., Senior Associate at Highlands Associates, Community Development Director at the City of Leavenworth, and Senior Planner at Douglas County Transportation and Land Services. Lisa earned a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University between 1984 and 1990.
