Rene Gutierrez

Rene Gutierrez, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Instrumentation and Controls Technician for the City of Turlock, a position held since April 2017, specializing in SCADA system management and various programming tasks. Previously, Rene held roles as an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician, an Electrical and Industrial Maintenance Instructor at San Joaquin Valley College-Modesto, and an Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Technician at Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc. Additionally, Rene served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps Forces Central Command from October 2003 to October 2007, working as a Field Radio Operator. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, as well as an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Modesto Junior College.
