Mary Barfield is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in personnel management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Officer for the City of Tuscaloosa since February 2021, Mary previously held the position of Human Resources Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant at The Morrow Companies from August 2019 to February 2021, as well as a Payroll Assistant at Qualified Staffing from September 2017 to August 2019. An internship at Monroe County Hospital was completed in June 2016. Mary Barfield earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Troy University between 2014 and 2017.
