Hannah Brinkworth

Hannah Brinkworth is a skilled human resources professional with extensive experience in HR and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Officer and temporarily in a Human Resources Supervisor position at the NSW Department of Education since November 2021, Hannah has previously worked as an HR Customer Services Support Officer at Newcastle Pro Sound from November 2016 to November 2021. In this role, responsibilities included data entry, analysis, reporting, and accounting using Xero and QuickBooks. Prior experience includes positions as a Sales Consultant at Telstra and a Claims Consultant at IAG, where strong customer service and communication skills were developed. Hannah holds a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Newcastle, in addition to a Diploma in Business from TAFE NSW.
