Drew Foster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water supply and distribution, currently serving as a Senior Water Supply Technician for the City of Twin Falls since April 1999. Key responsibilities include maintaining the potable water system and overseeing SCADA and Win911 programs. Previous roles include Purchasing Manager/Backflow Specialist, where significant improvements in operations were achieved through the transition from manual to digital filing, and Water Distribution Operator, part of a team responsible for service line repairs. Additional experience includes roles as an Apprentice Electrician at AJ Electric, helping with municipal wiring, and working as an Assistant at Banyan Technologies on wastewater treatment projects. Early career highlights include operating heavy equipment as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force and working in paper production. Drew holds an Associate’s Degree in Water Resource Management from the College of Southern Idaho.
