Michelle Owens

Michelle Owens is the current Interim City Manager at the City of Tybee Island. Prior to this role, Michelle served as the Director of Development Authority/Main Street Program with a focus on economic development and historic preservation. Michelle also owned and directed Yoga East Orlando, offering group yoga instruction, teacher training programs, and yoga business coaching. Michelle has a background in urban anthropology and mass communications, with experience in neighborhood improvement and community engagement.
