Rick Luongo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in law enforcement and fleet management. Currently serving as Fleet Manager at Elite Tech / Elite Hauling since July 2019, Rick Luongo brings extensive leadership skills from a long tenure at the Union City Police Department, where a role as Police Captain was held until retirement. In that position, responsibilities included planning, coordinating, and evaluating police services and managing staff operations. Prior to this, Rick Luongo worked as a Police Officer at both the Peachtree City Police Department and Forest Park Police Department, focusing on crime prevention and response. Rick Luongo also pursued higher education at Columbia Southern University from 2011 to 2012.
