Fredrick Lemons is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience at the University City Police Department, serving as Police Captain/Inspector since June 2015 and previously holding the position of Commander of the Bureau of Investigation. Responsibilities include strategic planning and supervision of the Bureau's activities. Since July 2002, Fredrick has also held the rank of Lieutenant with the City of University City, overseeing operations within the Bureau of Investigations and briefly serving as Interim Director of Human Resources and Interim Deputy Chief of Police. Prior to this, Fredrick was a Police Officer with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department from August 1996 to July 2002, focusing on routine patrols and investigations. Fredrick's educational achievements include a PhD candidacy in Organizational Leadership from Amridge University, a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University, and two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from Webster University and Horton Watkins.
