Catherine Armstrong

Catherine Armstrong has extensive experience in municipal finance, serving as Finance Director for the City of Upper Arlington from 1995 until retirement in January 2017. Prior to this role, Catherine held the position of Assistant Finance Director in the same city from 1986 to 1994. Additionally, Catherine contributed to academia as a lecturer at The Ohio State University's John Glenn School of Public Affairs, focusing on governmental accounting from 2007 to 2012.
