Joshua Miller

Joshua Miller is an experienced aquatics professional currently serving as the Aquatics Manager for the City of Upper Arlington since November 2024. With a diverse background in aquatics management and coaching, Joshua held various positions at Scioto Country Club, including Director of Aquatics and Head Swim Team Coach, from May 2020 to November 2024. Prior experiences include roles as Aquatics Assistant Manager at Life Time Inc., Head Dryland Coach and Assistant Senior Level Swim Team Coach with the Greater Columbus Swim Team of Ohio, and Aquatics Supervisor at Fort Rapids Waterpark. Joshua's coaching accomplishments span multiple levels, mentoring swimmers to achieve significant state-level success. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Lifestyle Studies from Ohio University and a Master’s degree in Sports Administration from Ohio University.
