Brian Thomas

Brian Thomas has been working in various positions in the city government for over two decades. Brian started their career in the City of Rome as a Planner and Senior Planner before moving on to become the Director of Urban Planning in the City of Utica. Currently, Brian holds the position of Commissioner of Urban & Economic Development in the City of Utica. Brian holds a Bachelor of Architecture from New York Institute of Technology and a Master of Urban & Regional Planning from the University at Albany.
