Kathleen Turcic

Kathleen Turcic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, change management, and coaching. As the Principal of QuintessentialYou Design since 2001, Turcic developed the QYou Human Potential Blueprint, which enhances individual and team collaboration and drives authentic potential. In the role of Organization Development Consultant for the City of Vancouver since 2015, Turcic manages various initiatives, providing executive coaching and facilitating leadership development. Previously, Turcic held leadership positions at British Columbia Lottery Corporation as Change Management Lead and at British Columbia Institute of Technology as an Instructor in venture development. Additional experience includes key roles at Fletcher Challenge Canada and Rogers Communications, focusing on organizational transformation and training. Turcic's education includes a Human Potential Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute and a BA in English from Simon Fraser University, alongside ongoing studies at MITx.
