Ryan Bigelow

Ryan Bigelow is a seasoned professional in non-market housing development and capital finance, currently serving as the Managing Director of Non-Market Housing Development and Operations for the City of Vancouver since September 2015. In this role, Ryan has successfully led the formation of a $2 billion non-market housing portfolio, overseeing a substantial capital investment plan and managing complex procurements and contract negotiations. Prior experience includes senior leadership positions at Vancouver Affordable Housing Agency, SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts, KPMG Canada, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Ryan demonstrated expertise in strategic advisory services, capital planning, and project management across multi-billion dollar initiatives. Ryan holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a BBA in Accounting and Economics from Simon Fraser University.
