Sue Goddard

Sue Goddard has extensive experience in leadership and strategic initiatives, currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Strategic Initiatives and Employee Engagement at the City of Vancouver since July 2009. Prior to this role, Sue worked at IBM Canada as a Resource Deployment Manager from 2002 to June 2009 and briefly at the City of Burnaby as a Training and Change Management Consultant in 2009. Additional experience includes a position as a Resource Deployment Manager at IBM Business Consulting Services from 1998 to 2009 and as a Training Consultant at Omnilogic from 1998 to 2001. Earlier career highlights include serving as an Associate Producer at CBC Television and Radio from May 1992 to November 1998. Sue's educational background includes a BA in English from the University of Alberta and studies in Broadcast Journalism at the University of King's College.
