Gonca Ceylan

Gonca Ceylan, MBA, currently serves as a Data and Operations Specialist for the City of Vancouver, where coordination of the Data Governance initiative and collaboration on data and AI projects are key responsibilities. Previous experience includes a role as Project Coordinator at Navitas, managing corporate projects with budgets up to $16M, and as Treasurer and Board Member for the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society - British Columbia. Additional volunteer involvement with the BC Sustainable Energy Association focused on renewable energy initiatives in Malawi. Ceylan has also held administrative and consulting positions in education and business development, demonstrating a strong track record in project management and operational leadership. Education includes an MBA from University Canada West, a Master of Science from Istanbul Technical University, and a Bachelor of Science from Istanbul University.
