Michael Marchetti

Michael Marchetti is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience in various high-level positions. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Development Finance and Deputy City Treasurer for the City of Vaughan since January 2019, Michael previously held significant roles at TD from 2013 to 2019, including Head of Real Estate Strategy & Optimization, and multiple AVP positions focusing on business performance, analytics, and governance. Prior to that, a lengthy career at IBM spanned from 1995 to 2012, featuring roles such as Business Unit Executive for Business Analytics and Divisional CFO for North America. Michael's educational credentials include an MBA in Strategic Management and a BBA in Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University, along with CPA and CMA designations.
