Geoff Mulligan

Geoff Mulligan is an experienced professional in infrastructure management and geographic information systems (GIS), currently serving as the Infrastructure Systems Manager for the City of Vernon, BC, Canada, since April 2017. In this role, Geoff is responsible for developing and maintaining asset management strategies and data management systems. Prior to this position, Geoff worked as a GIS Analyst for the City of Prince George, where responsibilities included managing GIS services and leading Cityworks implementation for asset management. Career experience also includes roles at Golder Associates and Titan Mapping Solutions Ltd., focusing on GIS and information analysis, as well as earlier positions in the mining and geological sectors. Geoff holds a B.Sc. Honours in Geology from The University of British Columbia and a Diploma in Advanced GIS Technology.
