Julie Fulgham

Julie Fulgham, AICP, has extensive experience in development services within various Texas cities. Currently serving as the Director of Development Services for the City of Victoria, TX since September 2014, Fulgham previously held the position of Assistant Director of Development Services in the same city. Prior to that, Fulgham was the Director of Development Services for the City of Brenham from February 2012 to September 2014, overseeing various operations including Building Permits & Inspections, GIS/Mapping, and Economic Development. Earlier roles include positions as Staff Planner, Project Planner, and Senior Planner in the City of Bryan, as well as Planner I in the City of San Angelo. Julie Fulgham earned a Bachelor's degree in Geography with a focus on Urban and Regional Planning from Texas State University in 2004.
