Kate Garcia

Kate Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public sector management and operations. Currently serving as the Main Street Manager for the City of Victoria, TX since April 2022, Kate previously held the role of Executive Assistant to the City Manager from November 2019 to May 2021. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Operations at Razor IT Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed domain and hosting, social media advertising, and data management. Kate also contributed to the City of Victoria as an Environmental Programs Coordinator and an Environmental Education Specialist, focusing on air quality, public education, and community engagement. Educational qualifications include a Humanities degree from the University of Houston-Victoria and an Associate Degree of Applied Science from Victoria College.
