Curtis Weaver

Curtis Weaver serves as a Performance & Accountability Analyst I for the City of Virginia Beach since May 2021, with prior experience as a Member Services Office Supervisor at both Great Neck Recreation Center and Kempsville Recreation Center. Previously, Curtis worked at the Virginia Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau, progressing from Industry Relations Coordinator to Partner Development Coordinator and Visitor Center Supervisor between June 2017 and May 2021. An early career included roles at Randolph College as a Campus Store Cashier and Facebook Designate, and various positions at Ocean Breeze Waterpark, culminating in Retail Supervisor. Education includes a Master's degree in Public Administration from Regent University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Randolph College.
