City of Vista
Husam Hasenin, P.E., T.E. serves as the Principal Engineer for the City of Vista since April 2008, where responsibilities include directing the Traffic Engineering Division and advising the management team on strategic goals and objectives. Previously, as an Associate Engineer for the City of San Diego from March 1998 to April 2008, Husam Hasenin conducted engineering evaluations and managed consultants for transportation master plans. Earlier experience includes work as an Engineer with MAY Group from August 1996 to March 1998, focusing on the design of infrastructure improvements and storm drainage systems. Husam Hasenin holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University.
