Imelda M. Huerta Mpa

Imelda M. Huerta currently serves as the Assistant City Manager at the City of Vista since January 2022. Prior to that, Imelda held various roles at the City of Menifee and City of Vista, including Acting Assistant to the City Manager, Senior Management Analyst, and Management Analyst. Imelda has a Master of Public Administration degree from California State University-Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University San Marcos. Imelda's career has been focused on public administration and community development within various city government departments.
