Mike Sylvia

Mike Sylvia is currently the Director of Finance / City Treasurer at City of Vista since March 2019. Prior to this, Mike held the position of Finance & Purchasing Manager at the City of Chula Vista from October 2015 to March 2019. Mike has a wealth of experience in finance and management, having worked in various roles at different companies including Harris & Associates, City of Galt, City of Lathrop, City of Moreno Valley, and more. Mike holds an MBA in Financial Management from California State University-San Bernardino and a BA in Social Science from California State University San Marcos.
