Bradley Proudfoot began their work experience as an Associate Attorney at Palecek, McIlvaine, Hoffmann & Morse Co., L.P.A. in 2014. During this time, they primarily assisted individuals and groups in forming businesses and provided support in various legal matters such as wrongful termination, discrimination, and general business and contract law. In 2018, they joined Reitz, Paul & Shorr as an Attorney at Law, focusing on civil and business law litigation, business formation and governance, and personal injury cases. In 2018, they also worked as an Attorney at Critchfield, Critchfield and Johnston, Ltd. In their current role, starting in 2020, they serve as an Assistant Law Director and Prosecutor at the City of Wadsworth.

Bradley Proudfoot began their education at Muskingum University from 1995 to 1998, studying Psychology. Bradley then attended Kent State University from 2004 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Following this, Bradley pursued further education at The University of Toledo, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Public Administration from 2010 to 2012. Simultaneously, they also attended The University of Toledo College of Law, completing their Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Law from 2007 to 2012.
