Lucy Jarvis is an experienced library and information professional with a strong background in journalism. Currently serving as a Library Services Officer at the City of Wanneroo since February 2024 and a Library Community Outreach Officer since January 2022 at the City of Joondalup, Lucy has also held various roles within library services, including a casual Librarian position at the City of Stirling since August 2023 and an Information Officer at the City of Swan in 2022. Prior to transitioning into library services, Lucy enjoyed a successful journalism career at Community Newspaper Group, holding roles such as Deputy Editor and Reporter, as well as at Busselton Dunsborough Times as a Journalist. Lucy holds a Graduate Diploma in Library and Information Science from Curtin University and a BA in Media Studies, Communication, and Cultural Studies from Murdoch University.
