Kate Hogan

Kate Hogan serves as the Community and Economic Development Director for the City of Warner Robins since September 2021, having previously held the position of Director of Economic Development at the City of Centerville from October 2016 to August 2021. In their roles, Kate has specialized in marketing, business retention and recruitment, and long-range planning related to community and economic development, with a particular focus on redeveloping suburban shopping complexes. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Project Manager at the Development Authority of Houston County, where office management and prospect visit coordination were key responsibilities, and as a Records Management Intern with the Putnam County Board of Commissioners, during which Kate digitized employee files. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Georgia College & State University.
