Jason Forshee

Jason Forshee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in emergency services and the culinary arts. Currently, Forshee serves as Co-Owner at The 507 Sweets and All American Gyros, while also holding the position of Fire Chief in the City of Waseca since 2007. Additional roles include Co-Owner of J & J Signs and an Instructor in Safety & Security Consultation, both since 2015. Forshee’s diverse background includes previous leadership as Food Service Director at Waseca Public Schools and positions in firefighting with the City of Mankato. Educationally, Forshee holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from South Central College.
