Daniel Layer

Daniel Layer, CPA is currently the Finance Director at the City of Washougal. Previously, Daniel was the Comptroller at the INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FREEPORT and an Accountant at the Town of East Hampton. Daniel also worked as a Senior Special Auditor Investigator at the Regional Office of the NYS Attorney General. Daniel holds a Master's of Business Administration and a Bachelor's of Science in Accountancy from Long Island University. Daniel has a proven track record of effective leadership and financial management in various government organizations.
